The music sold by Mindtech has been specially written to aid relaxation and calmness. To be used not only by Hypnotherapists but also by any therapists who wish to relax their clients. You don't have to be a therapist to use the relaxing Mindtech music, every one can benefit from relaxation, young or old, Stress can and does affect you. By relaxing, you can help your mind and body to dissipate the harmful stress hormones, such as Adrenaline and Noradrenaline. This has a beneficial affect on your immune system enabling you to produce the vital substances known as interferons, thus strengthening your body's natural defence system.
