The programme was jointly developed by Robert Caton DBEng. DHyp. SEng. FIBE. a qualified therapist & business consultant who has worked in the USA, Hong Kong, & India as well as the UK and David Reeves DHP MISMA MIAH a highly qualified stress consultant working in Harley Street & nationally. The programme has been used by them and others in helping individuals and groups deal with stress problems throughout the world.

Each of the four sessions are explained in detail with just what to do, how to do it.
How to put the four sessions together and expand them for groups or workshops is clearly explained.
A 76 page manual covering everything you need to know to run the programme is included.
A 20 page booklet on stress management, including a stress test, for you to give to your clients
A 3 page hand out for seminar talks
3 Scripts are supplied for inducing deep relaxation stress relieving states.
2 Scripts with instructions are supplied to assist you in making your own audio tapes
5 Stress test cards for testing personal levels of stress.
Everything is supported with a comprehensive audio lecture on its use & implementation.
Also a fourth CD containing relaxing "licence free" music, highly suitable for audio tape background.
Continuing Professional Education (CPE)
With the ever increasing pressure to regulate complimentary therapies with legislation the need for verifiable evidence of Continued Professional Development (CPD) is ever more important. CPE is an integral part of CPD.
The MINDTECH ASSOCIATION has evaluated this training programme and is awarding units of CPE modelled on the principles used by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales (ACA & FCA). i.e. 8 hours of Structured CPE Equates to 1 Unit of Competence.
With this training programme Structured CPE can take the form of home study or written examination.
Home study of this programme equates to 3 Units of Competence (24 hours of study).
Successful completion of the examination equates to 5 Units of Competence (40 hours of study).
Candidates that complete the examination successfully will be awarded a certificate.
