Mindtech Terms and Conditions.

When booking a place on any Mindtech educational course, it is deemed that the delegate has read and accepted these terms and conditions.

In the event of Mindtech having to cancel or reschedule a course, all monies paid are refundable.

Due to any factors outside of our control Mindtech reserves the right to change lecturers/speakers or the course venue, but will endeavour to hold any course as close to the original venue as is operationally possible.

Mindtech can at times negotiate a discount with hotels on behalf of delegates. At such times all hotel accommodation costs booked by a course delegate, even when using the Mindtech name, remains the responsibility of the delegate. Mindtech takes no responsibility for third party costs, standards or service.

To retain a place on a course, all fees must be paid FIVE weeks before the course date.

All deposits are non returnable, except in any situation where Mindtech cancels or reschedules a course.

In the event of a delegate requesting to change from one course date to another: Up to five weeks before the booked course date, wherever possible and space permitting, Mindtech will endeavour to move the delegate to an alternative date. An administration charge of twenty-five pounds will be payable.

Cancellation:

A full refund, less any deposit paid, will be given for a cancellation made five weeks or more before the course date.

Cancellations made between five and three weeks before a course date will incur a charge of fifty percent of the course fees. (including the deposit)

The full course fee is payable for cancellations made less than three weeks before the course date.

In the event of a delegate having to cancel:

If the delegate or Mindtech can resell the place on the course, then the course fee minus the deposit will be returned.

In the event of Mindtech having to cancel or reschedule a course, the delegate has the right to a full refund of all moneys paid or where possible a free transfer to an alternative date.
